Also in 2008 the Szpilman Award does not get tired: It's time again to honour
great ephemeral works. 'You must apply!', says the press, one comment notes:
'Too good to be true!' - So this year 298 participants from Argentina to Japan
follow the advice to apply. The three-days-long meeting takes place in Berlin,
members of the jury do not have an easy job - cause of so many good applica-
tions it is hard to select the best seven. Finally they have to come to the most
important decision - nominating this year's winner: The challenge cup stays in
Eastern Europe, Congratulations to Kamila Szejnoch from Poland! Now it's
time to work for a huge exhibition, showing all winner from 2003 - 2008.
